To support compliance with carrier requirements for Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging, Shiloh CA LLC provides the following notice:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All other categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

This notice is intended to clarify our mobile messaging practices. It does not limit disclosures that are reasonably necessary to provide requested services, facilitate treatment, payment, healthcare operations, comply with legal obligations, or otherwise operate our business using trusted service providers acting on our behalf under appropriate contractual, legal, or professional obligations, as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

SMS and Text Messaging

Administrative SMS/MMS communications are sent only to individuals who have provided appropriate consent or who have initiated text communication with Shiloh CA LLC, consistent with applicable law and carrier requirements.

We may communicate with prospective clients, existing clients, participants, customers, and other authorized individuals using SMS or MMS text messaging for administrative and logistical purposes.

Text messaging is not intended for psychotherapy, clinical counseling, crisis intervention, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, emergency communications, or the exchange of sensitive clinical information. Clinical matters should be discussed during scheduled sessions or through other approved communication methods.

Consent to Receive SMS Messages

Individuals may opt in to receive administrative SMS/MMS communications from Shiloh CA LLC through one or more of the following methods, as applicable:

  • Completing and signing a written intake, consent, registration, or communication preferences form.
  • Providing verbal consent during a telephone call, telehealth appointment, or in-person meeting.
  • Submitting a website form that includes SMS consent.
  • Sending an email requesting communication by text message.
  • Initiating a text message to one of our publicly available business telephone numbers and subsequently confirming their preference to continue receiving administrative SMS communications.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
